Watch Dr. Marinelli talk about “adolescence, stress, and punishment: How these factors impact the risk for addiction”

Dr. Marinelli gave a talk at the Youth Substance Misuse & Addiction pop-Up Institute. Dr. Marinelli shows data underlying how adolescence and stress enhance vulnerability to addiction. She also talks about compelling data indicating that “punishment” is ineffective to curb drug taking.
