Texas Mental Health Creative Arts Contest Winners Announced, Virtual Ceremony Planned for May

Congratulations are in order for all participants!

The Texas Mental Health Creative Arts Contest gives Texans of all ages the chance to showcase what mental health means to them through original art, writing and/or photography.

The University of Texas at Austin, Texas System of Care, and the Texas Health and Human Services Commission host the statewide art contest each year. The 2021 contest received an incredible response, reaching several hundred entries from artists all over. We are excited to announce the winners and honorable mentions of this year’s contest as well as present the gallery for our 2021 submissions.

A virtual ceremony to honor the winners and participants will be held May 26, 2021. This event is open to the general public.
