7/29/13 – Implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act: Workforce Development and Unemployment Insurance Provisions

RMC researcher Tara Smith was one of the contributing authors for this report, intended to provide useful information about the nature of the workforce development and UI (Unemployment Insurance) policy decisions made nationwide in response to the recession, state and local administrators’ perspectives on the policy developments and economic challenges, and implementation of key Recovery Act provisions.
