Dr. Chris King, RMC Senior Research Scientist & Lecturer at The LBJ School, testified on March 1st during the United States House of Representatives Ways and Means Subcommittee on Human Resources hearing entitled Getting Incentives Right: Connecting Low-Income Individuals with Jobs.
