Dr. King named to MDC Inc.’s national board of directors

Dr. Chris King has been named to the national board of directors for MDC, Inc. (originally known as “Manpower Development Corp“), a nearly 50-year old nonprofit that works “to close the gaps that separate people from opportunity.”  Much of MDC’s work focuses on the South.  He attended his first board meeting in Durham, NC on Sept. 26th.
