At this time, APH is mostly hiring temporary workers for the emergency response. These may be three or six month positions.

The various functions we are hiring for are listed below:
Function 1 – Case Investigation or Epi Investigation- initial investigation to gather detailed information from a person who has tested positive for COVID-19. They will work with a patient to help them recall everyone with whom they have had close contact during the timeframe while they may have been infectious.
We are hiring for Epidemiologists, Nurses, Social Workers, Research Analyst, LVNs, and Public Health Educators. We need full-time staff with open availability and will hire approximately 30 temporary investigators.
Function 2 – Contact Tracing: Follow-up with non-cases, people who may be asymptomatic. We need full-time staff with open availability and could hire up to 120 temporary staff.
Function 3 – WIC staff with good customer service skills and phone skills. We need full-time staff with open availability.
Function 4– Point of Testing Site II
Hot Zone: 6 staff
- Hot Zone – must wear N95 mask, goggles, gown & gloves

Estimated 30 – 35 hours per week of work. We anticipate these assignments to last 3-6 months.
