Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) aptitude is now highly valued by many employers, both within and beyond academe. It is wise for job seekers to be prepared to articulate ways that they are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. This webinar will address how employers are evaluating DEI in job interviews and provide an overview of best practices when discussing DEI in job materials and interviews. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect on ways that their experiences in graduate school can be connected to their various commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion (i.e., through research, teaching, service and engagement, leadership).
