Rashed Islam (2017)

Improving transportation system in Central Texas. Instrumental in implementing innovative congestion-relieving solutions. Oversees HDR Inc.’s traffic engineering program and Central Texas business operations.


Richard B. Easley (2018)

Advanced national approaches to intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and served the toll industry.


Michael C. Walton (2022)

Renowned professor of transport systems engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Extensive experience in transport systems and policy analysis. Elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 1993.

Specialized in pavement evaluation, design, forensics, and testing with over 40 years of experience.


Harvey J. Treybig (2021)

Specialized in highway and airfield construction, rehabilitation, and inspection.


Chiapei Chou (2013)

Expert in inspection and evaluation of airport and highway pavement facilities.


Stuart Hudson (2013)

President and CEO of Agile Assets, Inc., he manages billions of dollars of transportation assets. Combined civil engineering, entrepreneurship, and information management technology to create infrastructure management systems used in the U.S. and worldwide.
