The world’s largest art education convention, The National Art Education Association’s (NAEA) conference, is host to over 1,000 participatory workshops, panels, and seminars for art educators in elementary through higher education. For UT Austin students and professors alike, it is an opportunity to share scholarship and network among peer researchers and educators in the field.

Charles O. Anderson Honored with College of Fine Arts Distinguished Teaching Award
THURSDAY, JUNE 1, 2017 DEPARTMENT OF THEATRE AND DANCE
Charles O. Anderson, associate professor and head of the Dance program in the Department of Theatre of Dance, received the college’s Distinguished Teaching Award for his contributions as an educator and artist. Formally recognized at the College of Fine Arts 2017 spring commencement ceremony, he will receive a monetary prize and is invited to present the keynote address for the 2017 winter College of Fine Arts commencement.
