From the Currents of the Niagara is a set of seven sculptures depicting the phytoplankton and zooplankton that live in the Niagara River. They consist of a wooden armature covered by a skin of wire and carved, colored concrete. They range two to fourteen feet high.  They were commissioned by  Artpark in Lewiston,   NY.

Treasure Hunt

Treasure Hunt was an installation created for the grounds of Maryland Hall: Center for the Creative Arts in Annapolis, MD.  The sculptures were alternately tucked into foliage and overtaking areas. They required viewers to search through the existing landscape looking for the “non-native” species. Maryland Hall runs a wide range of programs for all ages, and thus the work was designed to engage the spectrum.
