George Flaherty visiting professor at the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, March 26-April 4, 2019

CLAVIS director George Flaherty joined Lisa Blackmore (University of Essex) as visiting professors for a graduate seminar, “Retórica del Paisaje Urbano,” at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of the Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá. The seminar ran from March 26 through April 4 and was led by César Peña Iguavita, professor of design at UAndes. The seminar also included invited lectures by artists, scholars and activists, including Alissa Diesch, Harrison Tobón, and Roxana Martínez. It also included a workshop in urban collage and printmaking directed by Detour (Daniela Gutierrez y Camila Echevarría).
