March 3, 2026, Filed Under: PresentationsConference Presentation: TRACS 2026 Congratulations to our lab members Dr. Natalie Poulos, Hannah Price, and Lauren Bell who presented on the campus-facing food insecurity work of the Food Security Lab at UT Austin during the Texas Regional Alliance for Campus Sustainability Summit, hosted by St. Edwards University! This work takes a multi-method research approach that is focused on understanding the student experience, particularly where students lack access, resources, and education to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle. We believe problem-solving begins by collaborating and partnering with other food-security-focused organizations on campus. Our main efforts currently include: College Basic Needs UT Austin Food Security Initiative C.H.E.F.S.
