Poster Presentation: UT Austin Undergraduate Research Forum 2026

Congratulations to our undergraduate research assistant, Siva Epuri, for presenting her research at the 2026 University of Texas Undergraduate Research Forum. Her research project focuses on assessing the nutritional quality of foods available at charitable food offerings in the UT Austin campus neighborhood and surrounding areas.
