GRG 356 Cartography and Maps Featured Projects – Spring 2025

Maps tell stories about places, people, and the world we live in. In GRG 356 Cartography and Maps, students explore the art, science, and technology of mapmaking, learning to transform geographic data into compelling visual narratives. Armed with professional tools like ArcGIS Pro and Adobe Illustrator and fueled by creativity and imagination, students craft maps that inform, inspire, and surprise.
