UT Austin EcoCAR team had a very informative and fun EcoCAR Y2 Workshop on the fabulous MathWorks campus. Looking forward to the inspirations and challenges on electric and automated vehicles in Year 2.

Prof. Wang gave a keynote speech on “Mechatronics in Cyber-Human-Vehicle Systems” at the 2023 International Mechatronics Conference and Exposition, Oklahoma City.

The book “Robust Gain-Scheduled Estimation and Control of Electrified Vehicles via LPV Technique” authored by several MSL former members, Prof. Hui Zhang and Prof. Rongrong Wang, as well as Prof. Wang has been recently published by Springer.

Prof. Wang was elected as a Voting Member of the Executive Committee of the ASME Dynamic Systems and Control Division (DSCD), serving as Junior Member, Senior Member, Vice Chair, Chair, and Past Chair of the Executive Committee (ExComm) in a 5-year tenure of 2023 – 2028.
