We are excited to announce that the Visitor Center is recruiting students to join “The Guides of Texas,” our tour guide program. We will select new Guides to start this spring and/or summer, and we hope you can help us in our recruitment efforts!

The Guides of Texas give campus tours to prospective students and assist at recruitment events. The Guides are often the first UT students that guests will meet when visiting campus.You can learn more about The Guides of Texas through our recruitment video!

If you know of any students who would represent The University of Texas at Austin with positivity and professionalism, please encourage them to apply for this prestigious opportunity. Please note that this is a volunteer position during the academic year. Summer tour guides are paid.
