Enhancing IPS Supported Employment to meet TAY Development Needs
In partnership with community mental health provider, Thresholds, in Chicago, we developed, piloted, and studied using mixed method research, this 15-week intervention that promotes competitive employment among adolescents and young adults with serious mental health diagnoses and is an enhancement to Individual Placement and Support (IPS). (NIDILRR-funded, 2019-2023)
