Coordinates transfer of data between electronic systems as needed. Oversees vaccine inventory for electronic health record. Oversees vaccine audit schedules per Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Supervises staff. Works with Medical Director’s office to update and maintain Vaccine Administration Guidelines. Coordinates state and local immunization reporting. Provides nursing assistance with immunization events as needed. Performs all other related duties involved in the operation of the Public Health Department as assigned or required. Minimum Requirements: NOTE: YOU MUST FILL OUT THE WORK HISTORY and EDUCATION SECTIONS OF APPLICATION TO SHOW YOU HAVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION AS REQUIRED BY HIRING DEPARTMENT OR BE DISQUALIFIED.
