Nursing graduates and newly licensed Nurses, you’re invited to attend Ascension Seton’s RN Residency Open House on February 7, 2020 from 10 am to 5 pm.
Ascension Seton’s 12-month RN Residency program supports newly licensed and graduate nurses as they begin their practice as a member of the Ascension Seton family. Ascension Seton’s comprehensive, integrated program provides long-term support utilizing best practice strategies to address the transition from preparation to practice. A network of experienced nurses serves as coaches, preceptors, and facilitators supporting the RN resident’s transition into the nursing profession and a faith-based, not-for-profit health care organization that provides person-centric care. The Ascension Seton RN Residency Program is accredited with Distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
