Memorial Hermann – Nurse Residency Fall 2023

Memorial Hermann Health System is pleased to invite nursing students graduating in August 2023, and those with less than twelve months of experience, to our Pre-Match Day Open House Events.

Open house sessions are informal events featuring highlights from more than 115 years of outstanding patient care Memorial Hermann has provided to Houston and the surrounding communities we serve. These events provide an opportunity for you to learn more about
the acuity level of patients we care for, and the specialized clinical areas in which we practice.

Service line staff and nursing leadership teams from the hosting facilities will be on hand and ready to celebrate YOU, our future! Each service line will provide information to help you make an informed decision on the clinical unit you’re interested in interviewing with, and help you find the best fit to start your nursing career.

• RSVP to attend the Pre-Match Day events hosted by campuses you’re interested in learning more about.
• After submitting your RSVP, you’ll receive an email with additional zoom details to log into the virtual event.
• Attendance to informational sessions is not required in order to apply to the Nurse Residency Program.

Cohort Information

We offer opportunities throughout the year. Apply at a time convenient to you and you’ll be invited to join the cohort aligned with your start date. You can still apply before you receive your NCLEX results, but you will need to have successfully completed NCLEX before the first day the program begins.
