I wanted to go ahead and share some new resources with you all to consider for this semester. Attached HERE is the flyer for TimelyCare which offers: TalkNow – 24/7, on-demand emotional support. Scheduled counseling – select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice (9 visits per year). (Only accessible to students currently located within the United States.) Psychiatry – evaluation and medication management, available upon referral from CMHC only. (Only accessible to students currently located within the United States.) Health coaching – support for developing healthy behaviors. Self-care content – yoga and meditation sessions and group conversations on a variety of health and well-being topics. THRIVE (free app) This app helps you engage with the following topic areas: community, gratitude, self-compassion, mindfulness, mindset, thoughts, moods, and purpose. https://healthyhorns.utexas.edu/thrive/ CMHC groups are now open and available to students.
