Astronomy Students Association (ASA): The Astronomy Students Association is the sole astronomy organization here at The University of Texas at Austin. We strive to foster community within the department while welcoming other UT students who have interest in astronomy.
Gender Minorities in Physics (GMiP): Est. 2011, GMiP seeks to build a more equitable community for physics students at the University of Texas at Austin. Anyone passionate about equity is welcome!
Math Club: Math Club is an inclusive community that focuses on connecting people who love math and helping them broaden their math horizons. Every week, Math Club hosts a lecture or social meeting, sprinkled in with occasional fun gatherings, events, and biweekly competition prep. Pizza will be provided!
Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM): The purpose of the Association for Women in Mathematics – UT Austin Chapter is to encourage women and girls to study and have active careers in the mathematical sciences. We strive to accomplish this goal by promoting equal opportunity & treatment of women and girls in the mathematical sciences and by fostering community & cooperation in these fields.
