Young Mexican-American artists from across Texas are invited to submit original artwork for the upcoming Representation Matters Symposium.
Artwork should celebrate Mexican-American arts and culture. A virtual gallery of submissions will be displayed at the AISD Performing Arts Center during the symposium and will be available online through the Representation Matters website.
The purpose of this virtual exhibition is to uplift the vision of Mexican-American youth and to empower them to share their artwork with a broad audience in celebration of Mexican American arts and culture through the Representation Matters Symposium.
