Congratulations to our volunteers of the month for July, Dr. Shalonda E. Horton and Dr. Ana Todd!
Both Dr. Todd and Dr. Horton are wonderful and skilled Clinical Assistant Professor at The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing. In the month of June, the UT Austin School of Nursing hosted a Longhorn Nursing Immersion Summer Camp in which Dr. Horton and Dr. Todd volunteered to teach high school students in the Austin area about emergency disaster preparedness, Stop the Bleed, and more. Along with this, Dr. Todd and Dr. Horton are extremely dedicated to planning future UTMRC events and trainings. We are truly so thankful and appreciative of their great efforts for UTMRC.
