Lan Yu wins EMC Best Student Paper

9-18-2015: Lan wins one of 2 Best Student Paper Awards at the 2015 Electronic Materials Conference, which was held in June at “the” Ohio State University.  Lan’s winning paper was titled: ” Mid-Infrared Emisson from In(Ga)Sb Layers on InAs(Sb) “.  Congratulations Lan!!

Lan wins Graduate Student Award

8-13-2015: Lan is awarded the Nick and Katherin Holonyak, Jr. Graduate Student Award. The Nick and Katherine Holonyak, Jr. Graduate Student Award was established in 2002 to recognize a doctoral student who has participated in technological research in semiconductor optoelectronics and the high speed microelectronics area. Congrats to Lan!! //
