Our work on Ultra-Thin Plasmonic Detectors was published in Optica today! This work was led by former graduate student Leland Nordin, with contributions from Priyanka Petluru, Abhilasha Kamboj, and post-doc Aaron Muhowski. Congrats to Leland and c0-authors!!
Mid-IR
New ACS Nano published!
“Measuring Molecular Diffusion Through Thin Polymer Films with Dual-Band Plasmonic Antennas“, led by Paul Braun’s group at UIUC, with the Giessen group at Stuttgart, published today in ACS Nano. Former student Runyu Liu assisted with the spectroscopic measurements in this work. Congrats to Runyu and all the authors!
Guided Mode Resonance MWIR Detector published in APL!
Our paper entitled “All-epitaxial guided-mode resonance mid-wave infrared detectors” is published in Applied Physics Letters! Lead author Abhilasha Kamboj demonstrates >50% external quantum efficiency in a mid-wave infrared detector only 250nm thick, operating at 200K!! Congratulations to Abhilasha and co-authors Leland, Priyanka, and Aaron. This work was a collaboration with… read more
