Digital Alloy lifetime study published in Applied Physics Letters

“Minority carrier lifetimes in digitally-grown, narrow-gap, AlInAsSb alloys” published in Applied Physics Letters today. This work was in collaboration with the Bank group at UT Austin and led by Mid-IR Photonics group post-doc Aaron Muhowski.  Congrats to Aaron and co-authors!

Ultra-Thin Plasmonic Detectors published in Optica

Our work on Ultra-Thin Plasmonic Detectors was published in Optica today!  This work was led by former graduate student Leland Nordin, with contributions from Priyanka Petluru, Abhilasha Kamboj, and post-doc Aaron Muhowski.  Congrats to Leland and  c0-authors!!
