Multiscale Nanotechnology Group
Research Opportunities for MS/Ph.D Candidates
Here is some general information for graduate students. Multiscale Nanotechnology Group has openings for graduate students interested in pursuing MS/PhD degrees in the following areas:
- Development of multiscale methods linking quantum, atomistic, meso and continuum scales.
- Molecular studies on nanofluidics focusing on fundamental aspects of fluids in nanopores and biological systems.
- Machine learning based coarse-grained method development for fluids, solids and their interfaces at nanometer scales.
- Quantum, atomistic and multiscale analysis of nanomaterials with applications in energy storage and conversion.
- Development of stochastic methods for uncertainties in nanotechnology.
