Chang Group attends the 64th International Conference on Electron, Ion, and Photon Beam Technology and Nanofabrication (EIPBN) held virtually. I-Te presented a talk on non-uniform nano lattice structures and Kun-Chieh presented a talk on data-driven optical metrology of nanostructure etching, and Fred, Andy, and Saurav each presented their posters on magnetically tunable structure, sapphire nanostructures, and assembly of non-monodispersed nanoparticles.
