The College of Fine Arts at The University of Texas at Austin is the college of creativity—a home for artists, performers, designers, scholars, educators, makers and creatives ready to change the world. The college offers undergraduate degrees including B.A., B.F.A., B.S., and B.M. across its four schools and departments: the Butler School of Music, the Department of Art and Art History, the Department of Theatre and Dance, and the School of Design and Creative Technologies. College of Fine Arts students have the opportunity to explore a wide range of disciplines—from classical music and composition to acting, dance, scenic design, studio art, and design studies—while developing their skills, creating new work, and engaging with cutting-edge technology and professional practices.
