Our Approach

FINE ARTS AT THE UNIVERSITY

Programming highlights the arts in higher education, with a particular focus on the opportunities available at The University of Texas at Austin.

BUILT FOR EVERY STUDENT

Every visit is designed to be informative and engaging, no matter much a student has explored college options or planned for life after high school.

9–12 grade students from schools and/or community organizations

GROUP SIZE

Up to 200

MIN. LEAD TIME REQUESTED

2 weeks

RECOMMENDED TIMEFRAME*

– Fall (groups primarily made up of seniors)
– Spring (groups primarily made up of freshmen-juniors)

AVERAGE DURATION

20–45 minutes (highly flexible and can be repeated across multiple class periods)

PLATFORM

Zoom or Teams preferred

* Fall is often the most timely option for groups made up primarily of seniors, as our programming includes information relevant to our December 1 application deadline. Spring is typically an ideal time for students in grades 9-11 to start exploring post-secondary options and learn about different types of programs. These are recommendations only; we are glad to work within your scheduling needs and welcome groups throughout the year.
