Built for Every Student Every visit is designed to be informative, engaging, and accessible. We aim to meet students wherever they are in their understanding of possible post-secondary options. Things to Know TARGET AUDIENCE School groups and/or community organizations serving students in grades 9-12 GROUP SIZE We’ve welcomed groups of 5 all the way up to 175 CHAPERONES 1 for every 15 students AVERAGE DURATION 1.5-3 hours depending on itinerary WHEN TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST ▪︎ At least 3 weeks prior to preferred date for groups up to 50▪︎ At least 6 weeks prior to preferred date for groups of 50+ RECOMMENDED TIMEFRAME* ▪︎ Fall (groups primarily made up of seniors)▪︎ Spring (groups primarily made up of freshmen-juniors) * Because our programming covers information relevant to UT’s December 1 application deadline, engagements in the fall tend to be the most timely option for groups primarily made up of grade 12 students. For groups primarily made up of grades 9-11, we generally recommended scheduling engagements in the spring. These are recommendations only; we are glad to work within your program’s scheduling needs and enjoy welcoming groups throughout the year. Fine Arts Outreach Availability The calendar below highlights dates when our team’s availability may be limited due to existing requests, staff travel, or other University programming. Dates marked as “busy” are not automatically considered unavailable. If your preferred date falls on one of those days, we still encourage you to list it as an option in your request.
