Group virtual sessions for schools and community organizations

Not able to make it to UT campus for a visit? Our team is available to schedule a virtual session with your group. Virtual sessions can include a presentation about our majors and degrees, the application and audition process, financial aid and scholarships, and opportunities within our college. We are able to facilitate a Q&A with your students as well.
After you submit your request, our team will review the details and follow up with you either way. While we do our best to accommodate as many groups as possible, we cannot guarantee a session for every request we receive.
Please note…
– The College of Fine Arts group virtual sessions are designed for high schools and community organizations that serve students in 9th grade and up.
– A lead time of at least 3 weeks is needed for planning group virtual sessions.
– While not required, we suggest fall sessions for groups primarily made up of 12th grade students and spring sessions for groups of mostly 9th–11th graders. This timing aligns best with our Dec. 1 application deadline.

Our Admissions team offers regular virtual sessions geared toward prospective students. These sessions cover information about the University, the College of Fine Arts, and each department within the college. During the fall semester, virtual portfolio and application workshops are available as well.
We encourage teachers and administrators to share the registration link above with students who may be interested in attending a virtual prospective student session.
