Each semester, the College of Fine Arts will award several scholarships in the amount of $6,000 to offset the UTNY program fee. Students must be an undergraduate with a major in the College of Fine Arts and demonstrate financial need in order to be eligible to receive the scholarship. UTNY Scholarships for COFA Students UT Career Success Scholarships Career Success provides career-related scholarships to help reduce the financial barriers to career exploration and internship participation. These scholarships include the Summer Exploration Grant, W. Sue Ragle Career Exploration Grant, and Career Success Internship Fund. UT Career Success Scholarships Undergraduate Research Travel Awards To help students share their research, the Office of Undergraduate Research offers awards to cover travel expenses to conduct or present research or creative activity that has been accepted or submitted for presentation at an academic or professional conference. These awards are offered in the fall and spring, and usually range from $100 to $600. Undergraduate Research Travel Awards Graduate Professional Development Awards Professional Development Awards provide support for students to attend major professional meetings at which they present an original paper based on their research conducted at the University of Texas. The Graduate School allocates travel funds to each program at the beginning of each academic year. The graduate adviser and graduate coordinator can nominate students for these awards, which are approved and administered by the Graduate School. Graduate Professional Development Awards Study Abroad Funding and Post-Grad Fellowships Texas Global has a comprehensive list of resources for students seeking funding for their study abroad experiences or for students seeking employment opportunities abroad post-graduation.
