Fine Arts Internship Course
Fine Arts Career Services offers several internship courses. Each internship course is offered online in the fall, spring, and summer semesters.
Each internship course follows the same curriculum, but the number of hours the student has to complete at the internship differs by course. Students must complete at least 50 hours per credit hour. Hours must be completed between the first day of classes and the last day of classes during the semester that the student is enrolled in the course.

Students will not be permitted to add the class after the 12th class day (4th class day in the summer).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SUMMER 2023 INTERNSHIP COURSE:
During the summer, all fine arts internship courses (including UTNY sections) are offered through UT Extension. Transfer students, please note that UT Extension courses do not count towards in-residence hours.
UT Extension requires an upfront registration payment that will replace university tuition. We offer the courses through UT Extension because they are more affordable than regular tuition prices through the university.

- FA940: $1500
If you have secured an internship and are planning to enroll in the summer internship course, follow the instructions below as you normally would. Once your contract is approved, you will be sent step-by-step instructions about how to register in the internship course via UT Extension.
