In 2026, Career City Limits brought together over 300 students across various arts disciplines. Beyond Career City Limits, we can also collaborate with you to create specialized recruiting events on campus or virtually. Portfolio & Demo Reel Review Days — “The Review” During The Review, employer partners meet 1:1 with COFA students in 15-minute virtual sessions to review portfolios, creative work, and demo reels, offering constructive feedback to help students become more competitive in their fields. An annual virtual event, The Review allows students and alumni to receive valuable personalized feedback from creative professionals and industry managers, and allows employers the chance to view student work and discuss potential professional opportunities. Employer Spotlights & Info Sessions Partners are invited to share content and engage with Fine Arts students in a way that best serves their interests in community development, brand visibility, talent sourcing and equipping. Employers and organizations reserve time during the semester to highlight their brand without competition, on -campus or virtually.
