Health Care Payers Factor Health has several models for payer engagement, some of which are pre-competitive. Our Base Model partnership (shown below) gives health care payers an opportunity to co-design assessments of community-based social interventions that reflect their membership and demonstrate clinically-relevant outcomes. With payers, we work toward payment methodologies for contracting successful interventions following the demonstration period.
