Her research explores the relationship between campus food pantry utilization, food insecurity and academic success in university students at UT Austin.

Her research aims to better understand how beliefs surrounding seafood consumption impact both diet variety and quality in coastal Texas populations.

Congratulations to our undergraduate research assistant, Siva Epuri, for presenting her research at the 2026 University of Texas Undergraduate Research Forum. Her research project focuses on assessing the nutritional quality of foods available at charitable food offerings in the UT Austin campus neighborhood and surrounding areas.
