Congratulations to our undergraduate research assistant, Sidnee Bell, for presenting her research at the 2026 University of Texas Undergraduate Research Forum. Her research project focuses on better understanding purchasing patterns of college students at university food pantries, with specific interest regarding how the convivence and preparation methods of foods impacts student choice.
