Poster Presentation: Jean Andrews and AAHB 2026

Congratulations to our PhD student, Lauren Bell, for presenting her research at the 2026 Jean Andrews Centennial Faculty Lectureship as well as the 2026 American Academy of Health Behavior Conference. Her research project CHEFS, Culinary and Healthy Education for Fueling Students, aims to increase fruit and vegetable consumption as well as build culinary self-efficacy around basic cooking skills in college student populations.
