Congratulations to our program coordinator, Hannah Price, who presented her research at the 2025 Healthier Texas Summit. This research focuses on the relationship between nutrition insecurity, perceived stress, and participation in the Central Texas Food Banks mobile Food is Medicine-style pantry, the Mobile FARMacy program.

Congratulations to one of our graduate researchers, Lauren Bell, who presented her research at the 2025 Society for Prevention Research. Her research focuses on food security and food access with an emphasis on nutrition education and literacy.

Congratulations to one of our graduate research assistants, Eunice Kim, who presented her thesis research at the 2025 Texas Bays and Estuaries Meeting at the UT Marine Science Institute! Her thesis is centered around exploring the relationships between diet quality, fish consumption, fishing practices, and food security.
