Interprofessional Education (IPE)

InterProfessional Education (IPE) at the University of Texas at Austin builds upon the core competencies of interprofessional healthcare training. IPE brings together students of different disciplines in order to promote collaborative practice for the improved care of clients.

The IPE program at UT combines the many talents of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, psychology, and social work in interactive, integrated learning environments. Students from these schools participate in courses, educational trainings, and community events to foster a collaborative healthcare environment. For more on IPE at UT.
