Below are the materials we prepared after our first semester working with La Campana and Barrio Esperanza. We used these materials in a university presentation to explain our planning method, the social-geographic context of the neighborhood, the wealth of local knowledge that guided us in the community, and our personal reflections after we returned. We also have the park’s lona, which shows a rendering of what the park could look like, based on what the community wanted. We placed a larger version of this at the park site in La Campana.
