Congratulations to first year group member Alexander Ware on winning a prestigious National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship!!

“Minority carrier lifetimes in digitally-grown, narrow-gap, AlInAsSb alloys” published in Applied Physics Letters today. This work was in collaboration with the Bank group at UT Austin and led by Mid-IR Photonics group post-doc Aaron Muhowski.  Congrats to Aaron and co-authors!

We had a great time visiting with the Austin Young Scientists and helping them build their own hard drives to store and read data!!
