Our latest work, “All-epitaxial, laterally structured plasmonic materials“, in collaboration with Seth Bank’s group at UT Austin, and led by Bank graduate student Alex Skipper, is published in Applied Physics Letters!  Congratulations to Alec and all co-authors!

Congratulations to first year group member Alexander Ware on winning a prestigious National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate (NDSEG) Fellowship!!

“Minority carrier lifetimes in digitally-grown, narrow-gap, AlInAsSb alloys” published in Applied Physics Letters today. This work was in collaboration with the Bank group at UT Austin and led by Mid-IR Photonics group post-doc Aaron Muhowski.  Congrats to Aaron and co-authors!
