Chang Group attends the 65th International Conference on Electron, Ion, and Photon Beam Technology and Nanofabrication (EIPBN) in New Orleans, LA. Saurav presented a talk on EUV colloidal lithography, Andrew presented a talk on nanoparticle dispersion in super hydrophilic nanostructure, and Vijay presented a talk on multilayer nanolattices. In addition, Kun-Chieh presented a talk remotely on low-RF power HBr silicon etching and Sam presented a talk remotely on anti-dust surfaces. Congratulations everybody!
