Center for Patient Safety is an independent federally designated patient safety organization. The Center for Patient Safety (CPS) is working with the University of Texas and Clario to support the confidentiality and non-punitive environment of the National Pediatric Readiness Quality Initiative (NPRQI).
CPS will ensure each participating organization understands the patient safety act that delegates oversight and protection to Patient Safety Organizations (PSO). Each participating organization will receive training and provide assurance of confidentiality to participate in NPRQI.
