Work led by Pankul Dhingra in Minjoo Larry Lee’s group at UIUC demonstrates low-threshold lasers operating at visible wavelengths from InP quantum dots and InGaP quantum wells grown on Si!! Post-doc Aaron Muhowski contributed to this collaboration!!
