Important notice! Due to some unforseen administrative procedures, the specific terms and conditions of the Fellowships for Bulgarian scholars and the Bulgarian diaspora will be announced at the end of February 2024 with a deadline of 31 March 2024. You can see the requirements from last year and use those as guidelines.
