Product Support Analyst – Transit Editor bilingual – Polish Czech Nordic languages (Austin, TX)

As a Transit Editor Agent you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of transit-related data that influences public transportation systems worldwide. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, curate, and research transit-related entities, ultimately supporting key decisions on a wide range of topics. In this position, you will also develop a deep understanding of our client’s policies and requirements to ensure alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Curation: Identify, curate, and maintain transit-related data, including routes, schedules, pricing, and other critical information to enhance the quality and reliability of public transportation systems.
  • Research and Analysis: Utilize reporting tools and conduct research using various online sources German to gather and analyze data related to transit entities and trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams within the organization to ensure that transit data meets the requirements and objectives of our clients.
  • Policy Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our client’s policies and requirements related to transit data, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, ensuring that information is accurately conveyed in English.
  • Adaptability: Be open to learning new skills, working on various projects, and adapting to changing processes and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of various forms of public transport.
  • English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, and work are conducted in English.
  • Proficiency in a second language is required as per the project scope: Polish, Czech, Dutch, Nordic languages
  • Proficient researcher with the ability to use online sources.
  • High School Diploma is the minimum educational requirement.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, work on diverse projects, and embrace evolving processes.
  • Customer service background, especially within a communications team, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of QGIS is preferable.
  • Experience with MAC OS X is preferred.
  • SQL basics welcomed.
  • 1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $25.00 per hour
